Resumo: The current technologies have an important role in the development of learning and autonomy of the deaf. There is educational software as well as applications that translate texts into pounds, in this context we can mention the Hand Talk and WIKILIBRAS and CRIAR NOVAS TECNOLGIAS a system for correction and inclusion of new signs. Thus, the deaf can communicate without the need for translators, helping their education and, importantly, their autonomy. They are important because we know that communication is something fundamental between people. Where the deaf seek information the possibilities of learning with the support of computer technology. We, the deaf, most of the time depend on interpreters for this to happen. It is through the exchange of information that we share our experiences and feelings and ideas. In the distant past the deaf face several obstacles to have the right to communicate and lack of communication and knowledge the several and for the difficulty in learning, in practically all activities in technology and education with the support in the communication of deficient people in the equipment’s among others with the objective to offer a school of the students in the classes using the technology as a tool and of the deaf identities and culture by the objective that make possible of facilitate reading and teaching and learning that a theoretical discussion of the teaching processes with the objective to offer a school that welcomes everyone in their information and development of Vygotsky.
