Abstract

This proposal aims to demonstrate to the students a bibliographical study that can cause reflection on the visually impaired, providing as a tangible instrument a proposal for investment in technology that enables accessibility in a hospital environment, which enables the visually impaired to have this facility and better accessibility through technological resources. It is evident that this academic proposal aims to demonstrate the factors that determine greater digital inclusion for the visually impaired. Subsequently, technological alternatives are outlined that are inclusive tools for the visually impaired, among which are: sensory equipment, such as Assistive Technologies. Finally, this study focuses on software for accessibility to the digital environments for the visually impaired, which basically use screen magnifiers for those who have partial vision loss and Braille audio, keyboard and printer features for subjects who have total loss of vision. view.
